Hydrofluoric acid resistant grease

SEIVIO Speclub K289 hydrofluoric acid resistant grease Made of perfluoropolyether oil, with linear structure, polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) is thickened, developed using unique technology, and refined with anti-corrosion agents and special polymers. It has excellent thermal and chemical stability and inertness. It is specially used to provide lubrication and sealing protection for valves, cocks, bearings and seals under the conditions of hydrofluoric acid (HF) and strongly corrosive media.。

• Resistant to hydrofluoric acid (HF), hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, strong alkali, and strong oxidants, and will not be dissolved, emulsified, or decomposed;
• A dense oil film is formed in dynamic and static joint parts such as valves and pump shafts;
• It does not drip and coke at high temperatures, and does not solidify and deactivate at low temperatures. It is suitable for the complex working conditions of alternating cryogenic and high temperatures in the fluorine chemical process;
• Good compatibility with many alloys, fluororubber, and PTFE seals.

Applicable to chemical industry: hydrofluoric acid device valves, cocks, pump shaft seals, acidification equipment; semiconductors: valves and joints containing HF cleaning equipment; aerospace and military industry: highly corrosive medium valves, pipeline seals, laboratories: hydrofluoric acid pipelines, sampling valve thread lubrication seals.
