High performance electrically conductive and thermal grease

SEIVIO Electlub EU02 high-performance electrically conductive and thermally conductive grease is refined from high-performance base oil and added with antioxidant, anti-corrosion and nanoparticle conductive ions. It can simultaneously complete the construction of low-resistance conductive paths, rapid heat dissipation of contact points and suppression of fretting wear at the friction pair contact interface. It is a core functional material in high-power and high-reliability industrial scenarios.

• The interior is filled with conductive and thermally conductive particles, which does not block current and can also conduct heat;
• Fill in the microscopic unevenness of the contact surface, turn the point contact into a larger contact surface, and reduce the heating pressure drop;
• Isolate air water vapor and salt spray, prevent metal oxidation from forming an insulating layer, and inhibit electrochemical corrosion;
• Form a stable conductive path, effectively reduce contact resistance and ensure smooth current transmission;
• As a heat sink, it ensures operational reliability and enables rapid heat transfer between semiconductor and heat sink.
