Fiber Optic Rotary Joint Grease

SEIVIO Sliplub N274 fiber optic rotary joint grease is refined using a special process using a PFPE+PTFE structure and adding various additives such as anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion. It is a special grease specially used for the internal precision rotation structure of fiber optic rotary joints (fiber optic slip rings). Fiber optic slip rings are used to continuously transmit optical signals in a rotating state. The grease is responsible for lubricating the bearings, rotating seals, and mechanical rotating pairs of the slip ring. It must not pollute the optical path or cause optical signal attenuation.

• Reduce rotational friction torque, ensure smooth rotation and stable torque, reduce wear and extend service life;
• Dust-proof, moisture-proof, and salt spray-proof, protecting internal ceramic, metal, and plastic parts from rust;
• Extremely low volatility and low precipitation, it is not easy to volatilize at high temperatures to produce oil mist that pollutes the light path;
• Low impurities, high cleanliness, dust-free production, very few particles, avoiding wear and tear on precision mating surfaces;
• The contact resistance of the contact surface is stable at the mΩ level to avoid resistance drift, signal jumps, and data distortion.
