SF6 vacuum circuit breaker contact grease

SEIVIO Swilub G780 SF6 vacuum circuit breaker contact grease is refined from PFPE base oil, thickened with PTFE and added with various additives such as polymers and antioxidants and anti-corrosion. It is a special conductive grease specially developed for SF6 gas insulation + vacuum arc extinguishing composite high-voltage circuit breakers. It is a key material in the operation and maintenance of high-voltage power equipment. It is mainly used in substations and power plant distribution systems with voltage levels of 35kV~60kV and above to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the circuit breaker contact system.

• Anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion, forming an extremely thin protective film on the surface of the contacts (silver-plated copper, copper-tungsten alloy);
• Low volatility, extremely low vapor pressure, will not pollute SF6 gas, and will not cause carbon deposition or coking;
• Arc extinguishing auxiliary, it is not easy to carbonize under high arc temperature to generate high-resistance residue, protects the silver coating and reduces arc ablation;
• At the same time, it resists the electrochemical corrosion of copper/silver plated contacts by acid gas;
• The dielectric properties are good and will not induce flashover along the surface;
• Reduce wear, maintain stable elasticity, and ensure smooth opening and closing actions.
