Grease for electrical plug-in parts

SEIVIO Swilub C199 electrical plug-in parts grease is a special grease customized for various types of electrical plug-in contact parts. It is made of synthetic base oil PFPE, combined with PTFE and other lubricating ingredients and functional additives. It can form a stable protective film on the metal/plastic contact surface, taking into account lubrication protection and electrical performance stability.

• Significantly reduces the frictional resistance of plugs and other components when they are repeatedly plugged and unplugged, and reduces the wear of metal terminals;
• A dense isolation film is formed on the contact surface to isolate moisture, dust, salt spray and other environmental factors;
• It does not solidify at low temperatures, is not easy to drain at high temperatures, has minimal volatilization, and does not harden in long-term static state;
• Compatible with plastic and rubber parts and will not corrode plastic parts.

It is widely adapted to new energy vehicle high-voltage connectors, communication base station connectors, aerospace electrical components, as well as daily switches, relays, USB interfaces, charging terminals and other electrical contact parts that require frequent plugging and unplugging.
