High temperature travel switch mechanism grease

SEIVIO Swilub X103 high-temperature travel switch mechanism grease is refined from PFPE base oil, thickened with PTFE and added with various additives such as polymers and antioxidants and anti-corrosion. It is a special grease specially used for the mechanical transmission mechanism of industrial travel switches (limit switches) under high temperature conditions.

• It is resistant to high temperatures, not prone to oil dripping and coking, and is not prone to thinning, flowing, or carbon deposits blocking the switch mechanism;
• Repeated impact and reciprocating sliding prevent it from being easily squeezed out, keeping the movement smooth and reducing the operating torque;
• It has excellent mechanical stability and extremely low fluid migration rate;
• Very low friction coefficient, with very low starting and running torque;
• Compatible with plastic, compatible with switch housing and internal plastic parts, and will not corrode or crack plastic.
