Machine tool probe grease

SEIVIO Swilub G114 machine tool probe grease is refined from fully synthetic base oil and added with polymers, antioxidants, anti-corrosion and other additives. It is a special grease specially used for the precision contacts and motion mechanisms inside trigger probes of CNC machine tools. It is not conductive, but it is also not insulating. Although it is not directly conductive, it is specially designed to allow the metal contacts to easily break through the oil film under the action of external force to form reliable contact, ensuring extremely low contact resistance.

• Stable contact resistance, avoid fretting corrosion, and ensure stable trigger signal;
• Low friction and high repeatability ensure that the probe repeatability is <1μm and the triggering force is consistent;
• It has excellent mechanical stability and extremely low fluid migration rate;
• Extremely low creep characteristics and oil separation rate;
• Very low friction coefficient, with very low starting and running torque;
• It can effectively prevent fretting corrosion caused by contacts under microscopic vibration.
