Spring contact grease

SEIVIO Swilub V775 spring contact grease is based on a fully synthetic base oil and thickened with a special soap base. It is a ‌silver-based special conductive grease‌ specially customized for the sliding conditions of this kind of precious metal electrical connection. It mainly solves the three major pain points of fretting wear of the silver-plated contact surface, contact resistance drift, and oxidation and discoloration of the silver layer. At the same time, it maintains extremely low and stable conductive properties during high-frequency reciprocating sliding.

• Low contact resistance‌: Avoid rising contact resistance during sliding and ensure stable signal transmission;
• The silver-plated material is friendly and contains no corrosive components such as active sulfur and chlorine to prevent the silver layer from discoloration and sulfurization;
• Excellent anti-wear and anti-friction‌, suitable for high-frequency reciprocating sliding, reducing the wear and tear of the silver coating;
• Low volatility and high adhesion, no oil separation and loss at high temperatures, no obvious volatile pollution during long-term service;
• Arc extinguishing resists fretting corrosion, inhibits arc ablation during switching, and isolates water vapor and corrosive media.
