High-Performance Vacuum Grease

SEIVIO Vaculub L250 High-Performance Vacuum Grease is formulated from linear perfluoropolyether oil with extremely low vapor pressure, a special soap-based thickener and specialty anticorrosion additives. It is developed for high-precision positioning stages inside scanning and transmission electron microscopes (SEM/TEM). It addresses positioning drift, volatile contamination and fretting wear in ultrahigh-vacuum microscope chambers at 10-5 Pa or better, helping maintain nanometer-scale positioning accuracy and image clarity.

• Low migration and creep prevent movement along guideways into the sample area or optical path.
• Suppresses stage stick-slip, with repeatable positioning accuracy maintained within ±0.5 μm.
