General purpose vacuum grease

SEIVIO Vaculub A561 general purpose vacuum grease is made of extremely low vapor pressure linear perfluoropolyether oil thickened with ultra-fine PTFE. It is refined by adding special anti-corrosion additives. It is mainly used for lubrication and sealing of bearings, gears, guide rails, threads, and sealed sliding parts inside vacuum equipment to prevent grease volatilization from contaminating vacuum chambers, optical devices, and precision components.

• The consistency changes very little with temperature, the volatility is extremely low, and the service life is extremely long;
• Pre-degassing treatment and high-temperature baking (such as 125°C/24 hours) accelerate the release of volatiles;
• Extremely low gas release rate solves problems such as grease volatilization and particle release under vacuum and high temperatures;
• Has good high temperature stability and vacuum stability;
• Low friction coefficient, high load-bearing capacity, and good compatibility with most rubber and plastics;
• It has extremely high chemical stability and does not react with acids and alkalis in process gases.

Suitable for semiconductor manufacturing equipment (sliding, rolling bearings, ball screws, guide rails, sliders, rotating parts, screw mechanisms, valve stems, special motors), etc. Such as: vacuum coating machine, vacuum screen printing machine, vacuum brushing machine, vacuum pump.
