Ultra high vacuum grease

SEIVIO Vaculub B017 ultra-high vacuum grease is made of linear perfluoropolyether oil with extremely low vapor pressure and thickened with ultra-fine PTFE. It is refined by adding special anti-corrosion additives. It is mainly used for lubrication and sealing of bearings, gears, guide rails, threads, and sealed sliding parts inside vacuum equipment to prevent grease volatilization from contaminating vacuum chambers, optical devices, and precision components.

• Not easy to oxidize and deteriorate, and not easy to decompose to produce volatile small molecules;
• The saturated vapor pressure is extremely low, there are few volatiles under high temperature and vacuum, and the gas output is small;
• Excellent resistance to wear, scratches, burning, radiation, and corrosion;
• It is extremely chemically inert and compatible with most metals, rubbers and plastics.

Suitable for vacuum coating machines, electron beam equipment, mass spectrometry instruments, semiconductor vacuum chambers/magnetic fluid devices (sliding, rolling bearings, ball screws, guide rails, sliders, rotating parts, screw mechanisms, valve stems, motors), etc.
