Low-Temperature Valve Grease

Blended from specialized synthetic materials and low-temperature additives, this grease substantially reduces torque requirements in ultra-low-temperature and Arctic conditions. It is designed to lubricate valve stems, O-rings and threads.

• Excellent high- and low-temperature resistance, with minimal viscosity and consistency changes as temperature varies.
• Resists moderately acidic and alkaline liquid media without dissolving.
• A low coefficient of friction reduces torque, improves valve efficiency and extends service life.
• Automatically forms a sealing layer against moisture, dust and other contaminants.
• Good rubber compatibility prevents O-ring shrinkage and swelling.

For lubrication and protection of valve-stem threads, including ball valves, gate valves, plug valves, threaded valve-stem seals and anti-seize applications involving kerosene and mildly acidic or alkaline media and related by-products. Suitable for rubber O-rings sensitive to most oils and greases, including natural rubber (NR) and nitrile rubber (NBR).
