Special grease for quick connector valves

It is made of synthetic oil thickened with inorganic thickeners and refined with various additives such as antioxidants and anti-corrosion. It has good resistance to gasoline, kerosene, lubricating oil, water, methanol, ethanol and liquefied petroleum gas and other media. It is a newly developed and synthesized two-in-one sealing grease with excellent chemical inertness and oxidation stability. It is an efficient, long-life, safe and excellent lubrication and sealing material used in contact machinery, pipelines, pumps and valves in the petrochemical and oil field industries.

• It has excellent chemical stabilization properties to prevent grease from deteriorating at high temperatures;
• Excellent resistance to methanol/ethanol/gasoline, lubrication and sealing in diesel contact environments;
• It has good contact compatibility with EPDM rubber and will not cause O-ring shrinkage and expansion;
• Good oxidation stability, colloidal stability, and excellent anti-corrosion protection capabilities;
• Good lubricity and high oil film strength can reduce friction and wear of components.

Suitable for liquefied petroleum gas/liquefied natural gas applications, including environments where methanol, ethanol, propane, butane, ethane, ethylene and related by-products are in contact, such as: adapters, valves, pipe fittings, rubber and rubber, metal and rubber), ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM), nitrile rubber (NBR) and other rubber O-rings and cylinder friction that are sensitive to most greases.
