Natural gas gate valve sealing grease

It is a grease developed from fully synthetic oil. In addition to increasing the sealing effect, reliable lubrication can also reduce the torque of the valve. It is specially used for filling gate valves under high pressure conditions. The transmission media are natural gas, artificial gas, LPG, CO2, sulfur-containing crude oil and gas, brine, hydrocarbons, acid and alkali solutions, etc.

• It does not dissolve, decompose, or harden in crude oil, natural gas, and condensate oil;
• It can form an insoluble lubricating film on the critical sealing surface;
• It is an excellent filler for gate valves;

The gate valve body is filled when the transmission medium is natural gas, artificial gas, LPG, CO2, sulfur-containing crude oil and gas, brine, hydrocarbons, acid and alkali solutions, etc. It is an excellent filling material for wellhead gate valves and API 6A gate valves.
